The Artistic Solutions training experience equips participants to successfully participate in the workplace by focusing on the roles, rights and responsibilities of workers and other people in the workplace. Participants learn about the appropriate social behaviour when interacting with a range of people including employers, managers, co-workers and customers.

Participants will learn effective ways to deal with problems that may arise including conflicts.

Participants are actively involved in their learning during the Artistic Solutions training program through; discussion, brainstorming, group work, and the completion of a work of art. The staff training and development program can be implemented with participants who have varied levels of literacy. The language used in the program is plain English and psychological terms are discussed in layman’s terms.

One of our Artistic Solutions facilitators will liaise with the team leader or senior contact in advance to establish main issues for discussion, the background to the group or organisation, and what the plans are for the future.Team analysis sessions aim to help individuals, teams and organisations identify effective ways of moving forward, developing the team and highlighting key areas of strength upon which to build. This time also enables facilitators to identify ways in which the group can build on existing strengths

• We can create a painting to tutor that is representational to your organisation or a local landscape (we will need to photograph & then work out colours  & artistic mapping prior to teaching)

• If you are a small business, you may combine with another service or artistic Solutions staff can organise for you to join up with individuals on an arranged date

• We come to you at any venue *

• Paintings will be yours to keep & hang at your office, to evoke the memory & the lessons learnt on the day
